½ head green cabbage, chopped
½ head red cabbage, chopped
4 green onions, thinly sliced
½ cup cilantro, chopped
½ cup carrot, small dice

½ cup Greek yogurt
- In a large bowl, toss together green cabbage, red cabbage, green onion, cilantro, carrot, and pine nuts.
- In a separate bowl, combine lime zest, lime juice, Sugarless Sugar™, salt, pepper and yogurt until mixture is formed.
- Pour yogurt mixture over slaw and toss until evenly coated.
