Mmmm…Good! Mung Bean Burgers

Serves 4


2 cups cooked NOW Real Food®  Mung Beans, coarsely mashed
½  cup finely chopped onions
½  cup NOW Real Food®  Organic Rolled Oats
1 egg
4 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
3 cloves chopped garlic
2 tsp. Living Now®  Organic Brown Rice Flour
2 tsp. water
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. salt
¼  tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1 avocado, quartered


  1. Place oven on 350° F.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until fully incorporated.
  3. On parchment paper, create 4 inch burgers, for a total of 4 burgers.
  4. Place in oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
  5. Place on toasted multigrain bun with avocado.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
