Going Bananas Pancakes

Organic and Allergy-Friendly


½  cup Living Now® Organic White Rice Flour
1 tbsp. NOW Real Food® Sugarless Sugar™
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup rice milk
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. + 4 tsp. NOW Real Food® Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
4 tsp. NOW Real Food® Grade A Maple Syrup


  1. In a bowl combine flour, , baking powder, and cinnamon.
  2. In a separate bowl combine rice milk, bananas, egg, and coconut oil.
  3. Whisk in the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until fully incorporated.
  4. In a sauté pan place 1 tsp. NOW® Virgin Coconut Oil on medium heat.
  5. Add ¼ cup of batter into the pan.
  6. Cook on both sides until lightly browned.
  7. Top with 1 teaspoon of NOW® Grade A Maple Syrup and serve.
