½ cup Living Now® Organic White Rice Flour
1 tbsp. NOW Real Food® Sugarless Sugar™
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 cup rice milk
2 ripe bananas, mashed
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. + 4 tsp. NOW Real Food® Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, melted
4 tsp. NOW Real Food® Grade A Maple Syrup
- In a bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- In a separate bowl combine rice milk, bananas, egg, and coconut oil.
- Whisk in the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until fully incorporated.
- In a sauté pan place 1 tsp. NOW® Virgin Coconut Oil on medium heat.
- Add ¼ cup of batter into the pan.
- Cook on both sides until lightly browned.
- Top with 1 teaspoon of NOW® Grade A Maple Syrup and serve.
